Yes, massage may be suitable during pregnancy, but please tell us before booking that you are pregnant and how many weeks pregnant you are.
We do not provide deep tissue or strong Thai massage during pregnancy. Treatment will be modified to use pregnancy-appropriate techniques.
If you are under 12 weeks pregnant, have a high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy complications, or have been advised to avoid massage, please speak with your midwife or doctor before booking.

oot massage is generally suitable for healthy clients. However, please let us know if you have diabetes, reduced sensation, circulation problems, significant swelling, a recent injury, or any condition affecting your feet or legs.
We may need to modify or postpone treatment if we believe massage is not appropriate.

Yes. Please tell us before your massage if you have any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, are pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, or have any other health concerns that may affect your treatment.
This allows us to modify the massage appropriately and keep you safe.

Massage may not be suitable if you have a suspected or diagnosed blood clot (DVT), unexplained severe swelling or pain, an open wound or infection, a recent serious injury or surgery, or certain medical conditions.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to finish at the original booking time so that we can stay on schedule for the next customer.
